The Galindo family is prominent in Cochabamba: Mr. Galindo's father is former governor of Cochabamba and current President of ELFEC, the electric utility. Mr. Galindo is bilingual--English-Spanish. Mr. Galindo resides in Cochabamba and is a shareholder.

Mr. Guillemaud has extensive experience in the Oil&Gas industry, having worked in Dubai, UAE, and Canada, and having owned and operated two businesses. He and his wife of 21 years reside on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. Mr. Guillemaud is a shareholder.

Christopher Coria
Production Manager. B.S. Mining Engineering, University of Arizona. Mr. Coria manages 24-hour silver production, from mineral purchase to refining. Mr. Coria is bi-lingual, English-Spanish and has previous experience with Freeport-McMoRan at a major copper mine and leach plant.
Jose Criado
Senior Manager. Joined Royal Silver Company in February 2010 as Senior Vice President. He is also a director of Royal Silver Company (Panama) S.A. Jose’s responsibilities include overseeing completion of capital projects as well as directing operations, engineering and systems. He will also be implementing and managing business systems and processes across all areas RSC operations. Prior to joining Royal Silver Company, Jose was the Manager of Custom Drives for the Product Services Division of Rexnord Industries, where he coordinated the sales and marketing effort as well as managed suppliers, P&L, engineering resources and other areas of business development within a structured business system. During the past 15 year, Jose also worked for the Falk Corporation (former Division of Hamilton Sundstrand-United Technologies) in multiple areas, the last one being District Sales manager for Florida and Northern Latin America. Jose is bilingual English-Spanish, holds a BS Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University. Jose resides in Cochabamba, Bolivia with his wife and children. He is a shareholder.
